Every page is structured in four distinguishable sections, as shown in the illustration below:


SECTIONS
( A ) General Menu:
Links to all the Web sections classified by Topics and Sections. It allows the user to access the contents in a plain and well-arranged way.

( B ) Section Heading:
The heading varies according to the Topic and Section so that the user knows which topic and section is in use at every moment.

( C ) Contents:
The contents may vary according to the Topic and Section we are in. Along the top of the Section ( deep red ) Topics are shown, or access to the contents is allowed in different ways ( Alphabetically, by Country... ) according to the Topic and Section. There are different facilities at the bottom of the screen including Search, Print, and Go Back, among others.

( D ) Extra Information:
Extra Texts and Images which extend the contents on the ( C ) section and links to information from other WebSites.
