To get around the site it is recommended to use the General Menu on the left side and access all the contents in a well-arranged way according to Topics and Sections.

The General Menu on the left includes a heading with a search window and facilities that allow a quick access to the contents entering a given word.

The patterns of the links on the different pages vary according to the Section we are in:

There are two kinds of link ( Topic and Section ), apart from those on the Search Window and Facilities, which are as follow:
To access the introduction to a given Topic. All the Sections of the Topic are displayed.
To access a Section and its contents.

( B ) Section Heading:
There are no links.
( C ) Contents:
There are 4 kinds of links in this area with well-marked functions:
To access files Alphabetically, by Country, or Sub-Topics, among other things. Yellow colour indicates the selected option.
To access an Internal Link, namely, within the web site itself.
To access an External Link, outside this WebSite.
To access an External Link from a footnote.

( D ) Extra Information:
Links included in this Section are always External and therefore have a picture or External Link format.
